Zoom Webinar
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Speaker:
Jo Weech
Managing Director, Exemplary Consultants
Everyone can always use a refresher on how to make their workplace more inclusive. In this webinar we will focus on how the workplace has changed in the past 30 months. In order to work with and/or manage teams of four generations (Boomer, GenX, Millennial, and GenZ) there are a number of things we can do to enhance everyone's experiences and engagement, which will help to alleviate attrition. Learning the needs and desires is not enough. We will provide you with practical suggestions you can adapt or adopt immediately!
Jo Weech serves as a Managing Director (Consultant) of Exemplary Consultants, which provides leadership training and works with organizations to create inclusive cultures where everyone belongs and can thrive. In the past few years, she has provided keynotes and webinars on inclusive interviewing, identifying bias in hiring, equitable engagement, and agile performance management. Jo also serves as a volunteer for numerous job seekers, whether college to career, military transition, or retiring federal workers.
