Engineering Management Group

MISSION

To promote the growth of ascending engineers in management practices including forecasting, project controls, and business operations. Focus areas are leadership, best practices, and innovative technologies.

ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS

• Sponsor lectures that further the engineering management education of BSCES members and  promote a cooperative and collaborative working relationship among engineering consultants, firms and groups in the Greater Boston area.
• Sponsor the Joseph C. Lawler Engineering Management Lecture Joseph C. Lawler Engineering Management Fund which provides a forum to discuss important aspects of engineering management at the individual and project level.
