At the 173rd BSCES Annual Awards Dinner on June 21, 2022, the BSCES Board of Government was pleased to present the Section's highest award, BSCES Honorary Membership, to John Germaine, PhD, who is a research professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Tufts School of Engineering and David Hatem, PC, who is partner, chair of professional practices at Donovan Hatem LLP.
