Carol Ellinger Haddock, former longtime director of Houston Public Works, and Kenneth H. Rosenfield, senior project manager with Ardurra Group Inc. and former longtime Laguna Hills, California director of public works, have been approved by the ASCE Board of Direction Nominating Committee to appear on the ballot before Society members in the 2025 annual election opening May 1.
