MassDEP’s 401 Water Quality Certification Are Now to be Submitted through ePLACE

MassDEP would like to announce that the following permit applications for 401 Water Quality Certification are now to be submitted through ePLACE:  


 


  • BRP WW 07: Major Dredging Projects (5,000 cubic yards or more)
  • BRP WW 08: Minor Dredging Projects (less than 5,000 cubic yards)
  • BRP WW 09: Amendment for Dredging Projects
  • BRP WW 10: Major Fill and Excavation Projects
  • BRP WW 11: Minor Fill and Excavation Projects
  • BRP WW 26: Combined Licenses/Permits for Waterways and Water Quality Certification (Available in 2022)


These applications must be submitted through ePLACE, located here: https://eplace.eea.mass.gov/citizenaccess . As such, MassDEP will no longer be accepting paper applications for these filings!
