In this position, you will estimate and manage deep foundation, earth retention systems and ground improvement projects. Responsibilities include estimating and managing projects, purchasing materials, developing budgets, cost control, scheduling, quality control, and client relationships.  It is essential that you embrace Hub’s strong culture of safety.


  • Individual should be assertive with a strong competitive nature and critical thinking skills.  
  • Minimum level of education and experience:
    • BS in civil engineering (emphasis in geotechnical engineering preferred).  
    • Professional Engineering license desirable.
    • 3 to 4 years of field experience.
    • 5 to 8 years of increasing project management and estimating experience.
  • Proficient in CADD.
  • Experienced in earth retention systems, deep foundations, and ground improvement.
  • Goal and schedule driven.
  • Ability to adapt to changing and dynamic environments.
