Samuel Wilbur, PE, Utility Engineering & Surveying Institute Boston Chapter Chair

Sam Wilbur is an Associate Engineer at Delve Underground with over thirteen years of experience in executing a variety of geotechnical projects involving the design and construction of tunnels, dams, and underground structures for water, wastewater, and power transmission. His design and field experience include site investigations, pipeline installation using trenchless methods, and tunnel condition assessment. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of New Hampshire and serves as the chair of the Boston Chapter of the Utility Engineering & Surveying Institute (UESI). He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Colorado.
