Liz Clark, PE, Vice President

Liz Clark, PE, SITES AP, ENV SP, is a Senior Project Manager with Tighe & Bond with more than 20 years of experience in land development, civil engineering, and sustainable infrastructure. She specializes in guiding complex projects from feasibility and permitting through design and construction, with expertise in stormwater management, water and wastewater infrastructure, and environmental permitting.

Her experience in both consulting and state government providing a broad a perspective on project delivery, regulatory coordination, and resilient infrastructure. A long-time BSCES volunteer, Elizabeth previously served as Sustainability Committee Chair, contributed to the Massachusetts Infrastructure Report Card, and now serves as Senior Vice President. She is passionate about mentoring future engineers, advancing sustainable infrastructure, and strengthening the civil engineering profession.
