Katie Swanson, PE, PMP, is 2025-2026 BSCES President. Katie works as a Project Manager and Water Resources Engineer at CDM Smith, Inc. Katie has a BS in Environmental Engineering from Tufts University and a MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
