Justin Cadima, PE, has over 5 years of experience as a Structural Inspection Team Leader at Collins Engineers, Inc, where he performs structural inspections of bridges, ancillary structures, earth retaining structures, and culverts throughout states including but not limited to MA, RI, and NH. Justin graduated from the University of Maine in 2020, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering.
