Mission
The mission of the Strategic Plan Committee is to develop, implement, and review the five-year BSCES Strategic Plan.
Structure
The committee is chaired by a current or past member of the BSCES board as appointed by the president. Board members and other member volunteers are added to the committee to assist in the review and revision of the Strategic Plan.
Meetings
Meetings are held as necessary for the periodic review and development of the updated five-year Strategic Plan.
Procedure
Approximately every five years, the committee conducts an in-depth review and evaluation of the current strategic plan, resulting in an updated Strategic Plan which is submitted for approval to the BSCES board of government.
