Mission
The Past Presidents Committee encourages and retains Past President Involvement in the Society by providing council, as requested by the President, to the Board of Government and the Technical Groups on any matter concerning the section; to provide membership and technical group support and to maintain an institutional memory for the Society.
Structure
The Past Presidents Committee will be organized in accordance to Article 2, Section 1 and 2 and its membership shall be limited to Past Presidents who are Subscribing Members of the Section and eligible upon the third anniversary of their term.
Meetings
The committee meets a minimum of two times a year or at the request of the current BSCES President.
Procedures
Meetings are convened in order to discuss any matter requested by the President concerning the section or its membership and report any findings, conclusions and recommendations to the BSCES Board of Government.
