Atlantic Design Engineers, Inc. is a multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm serving clients throughout Massachusetts and southern New England. Our work includes civil/site engineering, land development, land surveying, environmental consulting, permitting, renewable-energy development, and construction-related engineering services. Our Sagamore office sits near the Cape Cod Canal and Sagamore Bridge, an easy commute from Plymouth County, the South Shore, southeastern Massachusetts, and Cape Cod.
We are seeking a Civil Project Manager with at least five years of experience who is ready to take on increasing responsibility for design, permitting, coordination, client communication, and project delivery on commercial, residential, renewable-energy, infrastructure, and land-development projects. Work includes site layout, grading, drainage and stormwater design, utilities, permitting support, and coordination with municipalities, regulators, surveyors, and contractors.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; minimum five years of relevant professional civil engineering experience; EIT/FE certification; professional experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D; site/civil or land-development engineering experience.
Preferred
Massachusetts land-development and permitting experience; HydroCAD; progress toward PE licensure.
Compensation and benefits
$80,000–$110,000 depending on experience; medical insurance with Atlantic paying two-thirds of the premium; 401(k) with 6% match after 30 days; three weeks paid vacation and sick leave; up to one remote day per week after onboarding; company-paid EIT/PE licensing and renewals; up to $5,000 relocation assistance for qualified candidates; company lunch every Friday.
