BSCES would like to announce that 2021-2022 BSCES president, Shallan C. Fitzgerald, PE, director of infrastructure at Harvard Allston Land Company, was appointed by Governor Maura Healey to serve as the new civil engineer member of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
