Robert J. Angelo, PE is a Technical Manager with Woodard & Curran and a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts with over 10 years of experience in civil engineering. He specializes in municipal infrastructure projects involving stormwater management, drainage systems, utility design, roadway improvements, and environmental permitting throughout New England.

Prior to joining Woodard & Curran, Robert worked at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger, where he provided civil engineering design services for multi-disciplinary transportation, waterfront, and infrastructure projects and supported the evaluation of complex construction claims and disputes on major transportation projects across North America. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Roger Williams University and is an active member of BSCES, ASCE, and ACEC/MA.
