Matt Shultz, PE, BC.CE is a Principal Project Manager and Coastal Team Lead at Mott MacDonald. Matt is a Board-Certified Coastal Engineer and has a MS in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a BS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University. He is currently licensed as a Professional Engineer in MA, CT, DE, NJ, FL, TX, LA, OR, and WA.
