The Boston Society of Civil Engineers Section/ASCE (BSCES) is the oldest engineering organization in the United States. Founded in 1848, BSCES is a member-based professional organization focusing on technical programs, events and initiatives that support our members and benefits the civil engineering field. BSCES focuses on the professional growth of its members, not only by providing an array of topical programs but also by offering opportunities for members to become active volunteers who serve on a committee that manages the operations of a BSCES Technical Group or another BSCES activity.
Join a BSCES committee. You will benefit from interacting and networking with your peers, gain communications, meeting management, team-building and other interpersonal skills, and give your input in shaping the views and initiatives of the Society. There is no better time like the present to become involved.
