

MISSION To interpret the Constitution and Bylaws, recommend changes or modifications to the Constitution or Bylaws, draft amendments and oversee the balloting on proposed amendments. STRUCTURE The committee consists of a chairperson and one or two members. MEETINGS Meetings are held as required to perform this committee's functions. The committee is activated approximately once every five years as required to review the current Constitution and Bylaws. PROCEDURES The committee reports to the Board of Government on all matters relating to interpretation or proposed amendments. Proposed amendments are acted upon in accordance with Article 6 of the Constitution and Article 15 of the Bylaws. FINANCIAL The committee has no budget and neither receives nor disburses funds. |
