Legislative Fellow Committee

MISSION

Since 2001, BSCES Legislative Fellows have provided technical engineering resources to the Massachusetts Legislature (Massachusetts House of Representatives and State Senate). The Massachusetts Legislature proposes and considers legislation that leads to significant public infrastructure investments. Our goal is to provide legislators and their staffs with technical expertise as they develop programs to improve the Commonwealth's infrastructure and enhance the quality of life for all Massachusetts residents.

This is an excellent opportunity to expand your horizons, get involved, make a difference and become a prestigious BSCES Legislative Fellow.

"Serving as a BSCES Legislative Fellow put me right in the middle of deliberations on infrastructure funding and the state budget. Legislators and staff sought my expertise on complex public policy development issues. Working with the legislature gave me an insider's view of how things work on Beacon Hill and instantly put my years of consulting work experience into context."

Anatoly Darov, PE, Esq.,
2002 BSCES Legislative Fellow
